  • Student-Centered Education Services

    Support is offered either in-person or virtual in the academic core subject areas K-12 including reading, writing and math. Support also includes areas such as dysgraphia support, ADHD coaching for students, executive function, behavior regulation and social skills support.

  • Parent Support

    Parents often look for ADHD support and have questions about how their child’s areas of weakness at school can be supported at home. Parent ADHD Coaching covers how to set up after school schedules, routines, accountability and opportunities for growth using embedded executive function activities the whole family will enjoy.

  • Advocacy Services

    We provide both consultation and direct advocacy services.

    IEP advocacy support includes parent conferences, a review of current documents, eligibility, formal and informal assessments, goals, objectives, accommodations, schedule of services, related services, BIP’s, student data, progress monitoring, progress reports, grades, and parent/school email communication, draft and final copy of Parent Letter of Concern, Assessment Request Letter, written communication with the school on behalf of parent, meeting attendance either in-person or virtual, post meeting conference and final document review.

  • Executive Function Support

    Many students with ADHD struggle with EF skills. Students will learn the systems needed to better manage homework, organization, projects, papers, folders, emails, calendar, many of which are not often taught in school. Often, students are left to “figure it out on their own,” and, as a result, struggle year after year with missing and incomplete assignments, falling grades, decreased motivation, and insufficient time studying or working on projects and papers.

    Support and instruction is included in the following areas: Sunday Night Systems Check, planners, Google Calendar, organization (folders, papers), study space, nightly planning, grade checking, routines, procrastination, self-advocacy.

As a Special Needs Advocate, I cannot give you legal advice about your child’s rights, prepare legal complaints and papers, or represent you as legal counsel in a lawsuit in state or federal court. In addition, I cannot evaluate or diagnose your child, as I am not a diagnostician or speech therapist.
