As a Special Needs Advocate, I cannot give you legal advice about your child’s rights, prepare legal complaints and papers, or represent you as legal counsel in a lawsuit in state or federal court. In addition, I cannot evaluate or diagnose your child, as I am not a diagnostician or speech therapist.

The Advocacy Client In-Take Form has been designed to provide essential information before your initial consultation in order to make the most productive and efficient use of the meeting time.

EP advocacy support includes up to 3 parent conferences, a review of current documents, eligibility, formal and informal assessments, goals, objectives, accommodations, schedule of services, related services, BIP’s, student data, progress monitoring, progress reports, grades, and parent/school email communication,draft and final copy of Parent Letter of Concern, Assessment Request Letter, Miscellaneous communication with the school on behalf of parent, meeting attendance either in-person or virtual, post meeting conference and final document review.
